Chelsea mounts a dramatic late surge to clinch a thrilling 3-2 victory over Forest.

Chelsea secured a dramatic 3-2 victory over Nottingham Forest in the Premier League on Saturday, thanks to late goals from Raheem Sterling and Nicolas Jackson. Despite the home team's best efforts, the win left Forest still at risk of relegation.

Mykhailo Mudryk also found the net for Mauricio Pochettino's side, who currently sit seventh in the league standings with just two matches remaining. Meanwhile, Forest occupies 17th place, holding a three-point lead over 18th-placed Luton Town. However, their significantly superior goal difference should ensure their survival in the Premier League. Both Forest and Luton have one game left to play.

Chelsea took an early lead in the sixth minute as Cole Palmer's through ball found Mudryk, who calmly slotted the ball into the far bottom corner. Despite the setback, Forest rallied with goals from Willy Boly in the 16th minute and Callum Hudson-Odoi in the 74th, setting the stage for an exhilarating finale at the City Ground.

However, Sterling leveled the scoreline in the 80th minute, before Jackson stunned the Forest faithful two minutes later by heading in a cross from skipper Reece James.
